I’ve made this salad about 20 times so far this spring… every time I go to the store the ingredients end up in my cart and I make it for almost meal. I only dress about half for dinner, then save the rest for lunches the following days (minus the avocado).
Bibb Lettuce

Cherry Tomatoes
Green Onion
Avocado
Chive Vinaigrette
1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of dijon
1 teaspoon of honey
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of fresh chives, minced
1 teaspoon of sea salt
