I recently featured this recipe in our seasonal booklet that is included in all of our shop orders.

6 cups of berries and/or peaches
1/3 cup of flour
1/3 cup of sugar
…
1 cup flour
1/3 cup of sugar
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1 stick of butter, cubed
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix fruit with flour and sugar. If mixture is too dry, add 2 tablespoons of water or orange juice. Pour into casserole.
For the crumble, in a mixer, combine flour, sugars and salt. Add butter and mix until combined and crumbly. Crumble mixture over the berries. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40 minutes until very bubbly.

Tip : make a double batch of the crumble topping to keep in the freezer. You can get it out any time to make a quick dessert. Sometimes I get out just a little bit to make a couple of individual crumbles when we need a small dessert.
