Berry & Banana Smoothie
I put all kinds of things in my smoothies. Since I use it as a meal replacement, I try to not make it so sweet and make sure there is some balance – protein, greens. But really, add whatever you like. These are my go-to ingredients I keep around. Most of these ingredients can live in the freezer or in the pantry, which makes them easy to keep stocked.
Frozen Strawberries
Frozen Blueberries
Banana
Water/Milk/Almond Milk
Spinach or Kale
Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
Avocado
